Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Second time staying and again it was a pleasure. Pitches are a good size, the showers are decent and clean, toilets were kept clean and there is a wash cabin with solar panels to charge your devices if needed.
Great location top, with Caldbeck a 5 minute walk away, and Keswick about 30 minutes drive away.

Enjoyed our time there and plan to return.
Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked As grandparents camping with their grandchildren (4 and 6 years old) it was user-friendly and well-positioned for walks and access the village. Had a nice atmosphere and an interesting turnover of people. Overall, it was quiet. It is very well run!
Disliked The only small niggle was faulty lock on the men's toilet but this was being replaced on the day we left, which was good.

Was good, but could have been slightly better without dogs off leash.
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Nice clean pitch, fire pit, toilets/shower blocks nice and clean, the woman who met me gave me good clear directions to my pitch.
Disliked 3 dogs not on leash on the next peg over, 1 of them come over a few times trying to rummage through our food bag, and in the morning another off the leash dog come onto my pitch and had a pi** on my tent bag and sleeping bag cover.
