What customers say
This is a highly recommended, immaculately clean and well-maintained site with excellent, modern toilet and shower facilities, often described as the best guests have experienced. Pitches are level, spacious, and well-serviced. Owners are consistently praised for being friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is ideal, offering peace and quiet despite proximity to the M6, and serves as a great base for exploring the Lakes. A single negative review cited issues with construction noise and a difficult interaction with an owner regarding vehicle parking.

Fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Toilet blocks are by far the best blocks we’ve seen at a campsite, pitches were very roomy and side overall very well maintained. We arrived late and were welcomed on arrival and shown to our pitch. We only stayed one night as we were travelling up to Scotland but for the short time we were there we loved it, will 100% stay again,

Liked I am delighted to share my 5-star experience at Woodhead Farm Caravan & Glamping Site. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular, starting with the magnificent location. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that made our visit truly unforgettable.
For those seeking genuine respite, the site is wonderfully peaceful and tranquil. It offers the perfect environment to completely unwind and connect with nature. Furthermore, the dedication to maintenance is evident; the entire site is impeccably clean and exceptionally well looked after, which is a huge credit to the owners.
We chose to stay in Rosie's Cabin, and we found it to be absolutely ideal. It was wonderfully cozy, perfectly clean, and the perfect accommodation for a romantic couples escape. It truly felt like a private, luxurious haven. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and are already making plans to return.
