A great stay near Keswick, much wildlife & every amenity for camping
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked The facilities are brilliant. They’ve planned for every eventuality! The communal area was a welcome break from camping when it was raining hard, for a bit of warmth and using a kettle, fridge or freezer. I loved that we could have camp fires, there aren’t a lot of places that offer this. The wildlife was amazing - the chickens come to visit in the morning, the peacocks love to say hello and the tiny birds are a plenty. The vibe is very chilled out.

The perfect getaway
Kipper cabin
Liked Exceptional, hosts were amazing, amenities are well looked after and the cabin is tucked away from the campsite so it feels like you’re in your own little world.
There’s a BBQ, firepit, your own toilet, a plug in cooler box and a log burner that was lovely for a cosy day whilst it rained outside.
Great for wildlife spotting, we had a few different birds and a couple of red squirrels visit.
Little shop on site with everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
