  • Small family-run glamping site near Hadrian’s Wall in Cumbria
  • Brampton 10 minutes’ drive; Hexham 40 minutes
  • Spacious Mongolian yurts with private hot tubs; dogs allowed
The traditional Mongolian-style yurts sit on a spacious 0.75-acre site surrounded by rolling Cumbrian countryside, 10 minutes’ drive from the traditional market town of Brampton. With UNESCO-listed Hadrian’s Wall roughly a mile away, Hadrian’s Wall Country Yurts is in a top location for exploring both the landscape and its history. The glamping tents are more than luxurious, with calm, cosy interiors kept warm by a woodburning stove, and set up more than 30 metres apart for privacy. Each comes with its own outdoor seating area, firepit, barbecue and woodfired hot tub for relaxing under the stars. Away from the yurts, the site has plenty of space to relax and play in. Enjoy a game of cricket or football on the field, or sit back and take in the countryside views. For outdoor leisure further afield, you could head to the North Pennines National Landscape or turn west for the Lake District National Park. Please note that the site is off-grid and powered by battery packs.

Yurt (hot tub)

Liked We spent a lovely weekend here. It really is a wee gem of a place and the hot tubs are a massive bonus. Especially under a clear night sky 💫

Some much needed off grid time with the kids.

Thanks for having us! 🥰
