Liked Lovely clean well looked after site. Pitches are big and nicely spaced. Very clean toilets and showers. Site is situated in lovely quiet surroundings with pubs, shops etc within a 10-15 minutes drive. Fishing was excellent. Thank you Mark, we had a great relaxing holiday. Free Wi-Fi also available if you need it. Camping pods and bed and breakfast also available on site.

Liked Excellent clean quiet spot for relaxing.
Friendly , lovely fishing lakes .Pitches were level and wide.
Shower block , clean and hot running water .
All in all excellent stay nothing to fault.

Liked Very clean well maintained and so peaceful. Plenty of space to walk your dogs round the site itself or in the field.

Disliked Only 1 female shower which was ok whilst i was there although when the site is full would that be an issue?

Local attractions

Once you drag yourself away from the fishing lakes you’ll find loads of other activities and attractions to check out near New Farm – catch a live concert at Delamere Forest, have a ‘track day’ at Oulton Park Circuit or buy some fresh produce at the farmers’ markets in Beeston and Nantwich. There are several little villages around the area to explore such as Bunbury, Tarporley and Tattenhall, or you could hit the town for the night in Chester or Nantwich. Chester, with its weeks’ worth of things to do, is a short drive from the park and includes the famous Chester Zoo with over 8000 animals and 400 species to see, and if you’re on a wildlife kick the Blue Planet Aquarium and Knowsley Safari Park are also nearby. Or you could have a flutter at Chester Racecourse, take in some history at Beeston Castle or Northwich Salt Museum, take a boat ride down the River Dee, have a picnic at Stapeley Water Gardens or fill your boots at the Cheshire Ice Cream Factory.

Admission

Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
The fishing lakes are stocked with coarse fishery.
You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Occupancy

Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 8 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Minimum spacing of 4 metres between pitches.
Tents are not accepted at this park.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
Units longer than 8.5 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

Visitors are not permitted on site.

Additional terms

No awnings are allowed on the grass.

The washing of caravans on site is not allowed.

Any converted campervans must have a kitchen, bed and electrical certificate.
