From the manager: Thank you for the review. we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are really sorry however, as we are a boutique village, the independant outlets do close around 5pm.
There is a local pub (the Blue cap) in walking distance as well as a Chinese restaurant (the Jade Buddha). There are a variety of local takeaways that deliver to site. All the information and leaflets can be found in our information point opposite reception. We hope this helps and we look forward to seeing you again soon...

Gold fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked Nice camping site, very good high standard facilities, friendly staff, plenty to do for little ones.
Disliked People were moaning when I set fire on to make barbecue , but how can you have bbq without fire? However managed to have some food. Be aware of frozen chips from local Chinese

From the manager: Thank you for the review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and found plenty to do for all. We allow controlled charcoal bbq's on site, it appears that guests on site were concerned with the wood smell, thick smoke and large flames coming from your bbq. We are pleased it all worked out well in the end and you enjoyed your bbq. The Jade buddha just down the road is a lovely chinese which you might prefer....
