Quiet well kept site with helpful friendly owners.
Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Quiet site with friendly helpful owners. The pitches were well maintained and fully serviced. It's a small holding so got to see their sheep and wonderful sheep dogs. Only 20 mins from the park and ride into York and a huge retail park. Saw and heard owls while we were there.
Disliked Nothing. There are no shower blocks or toilets which might put some people off. But we used our own facilities.

Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Booked here to spend time visiting York and its Christmas markets. It is about 6 miles away from Monk's Cross Park & Ride which was great as no hassle parking and going into York.
It is a small family run site with a handful of pitches and log cabins. We were welcomed by Phil when we arrived and when we left. It is clean and tidy and well kept. The pitches are fully serviced which is good as there are no shower or toilet facilities other than in the caravan. A great place to stop for our long weekend.
