What customers say
This is a highly recommended, friendly campsite perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Three Peaks and surrounding areas. Visitors praise the stunning location, peace and quiet, and breathtaking views. The facilities are consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and excellent value. The on-site barn with a snack bar, WiFi, and charging facilities is a popular bonus. Owners are frequently commended for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. While some minor inconveniences like limited WiFi and occasional noise from farm activities or groups were noted, the overwhelming sentiment is positive, with many guests planning return visits.

Great few days in a nice quiet site.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Really enjoyed the two nights we spent here, me and three teenagers. The site itself is in an ideal location exploring being smack bang in between Ingleborough and Whernside so you can leave your car behind to go and do the 3peaks!
The barn was really useful to play cards on and to escape from the midges, there were loads of toilets that were well maintained and clean (with better loo roll than I have at home!) and the showers were spot on too.
Everyone was lovely and helpful even when we arrived a tad late. Didn't sample the cooked breakfast but will do next time.
Another great site to add to my list!
Disliked Very Limited WiFi.

Great place.

Liked Fantastic host, great facilities, quiet peaceful place.
Disliked The internet access. Shame it’s not offline or limited to 15 mins as many kids and adults zombified in the building.

Little gem of a campsite with lovely owners.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Brilliant campsite. Views were gorgeous. We camped at the top by the wall and enjoyed looking across at the sheep with their lamps on the terrace and the hills above them. The site owners had thought of everything you might want when you stay there. We ordered a delicious cooked breakfast one morning which was very reasonably priced and served to us in the barn. Toilet and shower block was clean and spacious. We didn’t forget anything but saw that if you did you could buy or hire numerous items. The campsite is right on the Yorkshire 3 peaks route, and although we didn’t do the whole route we walked two of the peaks (Ingleborough and Wernside) easily straight from the campsite. Vending machines are a great addition for a cold drink as it was so hot when we were there. We weren't there on the weekend for the snack bar but this looks well stocked when it is open.
Disliked Nothing.

Liked Great walking all around. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Lovely hosts who take time to talk to campers, and sell a large array of essential items at a decent price.
The facilities are clean and the showers are free. You can also buy a packed lunch and cooked breakfast. What more could you want!
