Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Over all brilliant, Owners welcoming, barn with table chairs, vending machines, fridge for ice packs, electric sockets for charging mobile etc, shelter from rain. Camp shop for warm snacks and drinks, ordering breakfast. Toilet clean, warm showers. Great location for 3 peaks.
Disliked Great place but it is a 2 tier field and no parking on field. Ok if you on upper tier which is a short walk but if you have alot of stuff seems a bit of a trek to lower field.

Excellent site with clean facilities including a snack bar
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lovely pitch with awesome views, the snack bar is handy to grab breakfast before heading off to the peaks.
Disliked We had to leave early because our tent piled in 🙁

Excellent campsite, will definitely be going back.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked The spot was idyllic, near lots of trees, hills, running water, exactly what we needed. The facilities were great.
Disliked Some of the sheep were a little too noisy while our kids were trying to get to sleep, but it added to the experience.

Liked Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities, clean showers and toilets, access to vending machines 24/7. Lockers (£1) where you can charge your devices. On site you can purchase some of the camping essentials (gas cartridges, toothbrushes, fleeces, even socks). Stunning location.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Fantastic campsite, lovely views and friendly staff! Facilities were very clean and spacious. Great access to the three peaks trail, and the pub down the road is fabulous. We had a fantastic stay and would come again.
Disliked Not a dislike but there is a steep hill between the top and bottom of the campsite (split in two).

Quiet campsite in stunning location!
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Quiet, beautiful location nestled on a farm in the North Yorkshire Dales. Close to Ingleton and very popular with people taking part in the 3 Peak Challenge. Great mix of people - young/mature couples, families and walkers. Owners were friendly and had clearly put a lot of thought into provisions for campers.
Campsite split into two by a slope. This isn’t a problem if you there early and mange to nab a flat spot at the top like we did. You can’t park your car next to your tent so something to bear in mind - but we didn’t find this to be a problem. Car park has limited spaces but has overflow in the adjacent field.
Facilities were decent and kept clean. They had some great amenities e.g a cafe, free WiFi in the barn and some camping supply essentials just in case you forget something.
Disliked Not so much a dislike, but again something worth baring in mind is that there is a limited number of showers/sinks in the shared shower block. There are two pot washing stations, one bathroom sink and two showers. This did lead to queues at busy times so had to time it right. Also it was a shared shower/toilet situation - so also worth thinking about if that isn’t for you.
