What customers say
This is a popular and well-maintained site with a beautiful lake offering water sports, mini golf, and footgolf. Visitors praise the spacious pitches, friendly staff, and on-site restaurant. Families appreciate the abundance of activities for children, and dog owners highlight the dedicated walking area. While most reviews are positive, some guests mention occasional issues with shower temperature and cleanliness, particularly during busy periods. A few note that the touring area may be less developed than other parts of the site, and there are comments about music noise from the bar.

Liked Toilet block clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant. Plenty to do for children (at a cost). Easy access. Will return...
Disliked Lots of deep rabbit holes dangerous for children especially at night. Didn't expect an additional charge for electric having book a pitch with electric!! Put £10 for 3 nights on a card. The meter had credit already on and we left it with £11.45 credit still on the meter.

Disliked Showers was horrendous hot for a sec then freezing one night no hot water not 5* but cause they are shutting the touring there not bothered and there was only 4 showers with toilets in for the whole touring site which isn’t much.went for more electric tokens young lads behind bar didn’t know what I was on about and then after telling them over and over after they kept walking away they said you have wait for and to speak with Craig. Ok who is he were is he response I don’t know. Ok have you got a number honestly not what you want when your on holiday then when sorted goes back to put tokens on for them not to work and had to go back to swap them which they did. When going for walk with the dogs tea time there was kids trying to break stuff in the park know one around to tell them cameras everywhere but no one seems bothered which it is a shame cause it’s a lovely site
