Really nice park, showers was the only thing to let it down.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Kids loved all of the activities available for them throughout the stay.
Disliked Showers either didn’t work properly or was cold. My children were unable to shower throughout the stay.

Good lakeside views
Electric optional gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked - nice lakeside views from hard standing plots
- bar onsite, not overpriced
- 10 minutes to pubs, takeaway and shop.
Disliked - showers could do with more regular cleaning on such a busy site.
- shower temperature either boiling or freezing
- busy and a bit noisy, but in fairness we knew this would be the case when we booked.

Very nice canpsite
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Location was lovely pitches were big. Staff very friendly and nice always happy help. Lots of avaricious to chose from for the kids too.
Disliked Toilets could be cleaned more often. Showers were blocked in late afternoon and toilets were dirty. No WiFi coverage at all around tent pitches. If your network doesn’t cover the area you have no connection at all.

A cool place that I will definitely come back to
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked A very pleasant place, close to the lake, with beautiful views, plenty of opportunities for active recreation, not just by the water. There's a very well-designed dog park. The restaurant serves delicious food.
Disliked spacious bathrooms, unfortunately checked too rarely by the staff
