Liked: Warm welcome from Helen. Immaculately maintained site, well-run and unfussy. Pitches are spacious and fully-serviced, with abundant greenery and open countryside all around. Washroom facilities are a bit dated and somewhat basic, with very small cubicles, but everything works. Cycling and walking are easy direct from the site. The Unruly Pig gastropub is within walking distance (bridleway). Sutton Hoo (NT) on the doorstep. Woodbridge a short walk or cycle, with all provisions available, and rail to London.

Liked: Own water stand pipe per pitch own electricity and own grey water waste on each pitch also a fenced or hedge around each pitch and a massive pitch each new toilets and showers and a quiet 20 pitch site.
Disliked: Probably nothing but if nit picking 2 toilets and 2 showers for 20 pitches so could be for 40 - 60 people is too few ideally you need 4 of each but i only ever waited for 5 minutes!!

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely comments and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. With regard to the number of showers and toilets, there are in fact 2 loos and 2 showers for the gents and the same for the ladies and also separate loo, shower and bath in the disabled/family room and an additional 2 separate toilets. Unfortunately, we were not able to make the shower block any bigger as the council restricted the size of the building. I hope we see you again another time.
Fantastic place and such lovely people, would definitely go again…

Liked: Nice quiet site. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly owners. Would stay again. Liked that it allowed to have a fire pit as long as it was off the ground. Nice walking routes around. Very nice food in the pub 15 min walking distance.
