Great mid-Suffolk campsite, perfect touring base
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Excellent campsite. Lovely facilities including clean showerblock, cooking area, fire pits. Nice and spread out with pitches in the trees. Small camp shop. Fridge and gas hobs if you needed them. Warm welcome from host. Kids loved the secret slide, tyre swing, football table, pond dipping (and car free site so we could let them roam a bit!) mostly couples and families so now rowdy neighbours or gangs of feral kids - all quiet after dark. Walks from the door.
Disliked Nothing- we will be back.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Charming little site with character and friendly people. Would definitely stay again. I was visiting Hoxne the next day, where Saint Edmund the East-Anglian king was martyred by the Vikings, so the camp site's location was perfect.

This site was outstanding and I will definitely be returning again.
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked This site is absolutely perfect for the camper. A large expanse of field or a small area near a lake or even a smaller more intimate wooded area to choose from. Excellent facilities including 2 showers, clean toilets, nice sitting area under cover (superb if it rains) and the use of gas cookers and plug sockets at no extra charge. Small but honestly well stocked little shop on site and the owner is just lovely - made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her.
