The Old Stables cabin (four person)

Liked Beautiful site, everything you can think of is catered for and its clean and immaculate, hot tub added bonus. Id really reccomend old stables, if you have a reactive dog, its easy to block out vision of other campers with car and a blanket/ windbreak on 1 fence.
Toilets and showers were clean and functional. Hair drying room a huge added bonus.

Kitchen has a fridge and mini freezer, with access to a bigger shared freezer if needed. And sockets in bedroom for usb charging phone. There was also a gas hob and a mini air fryer.

Fire pit and bbq provided if wanted ( was a ban when we were there, totally understand due to fire risk)

Oh and your not sitting on top of any neighbours, which is great! Plenty of space between pitches and they've places fenced and scenery well to give privacy.

Disliked Only thing I can think of that was missing was a fan in the room, it was hot! And cant use own as has special electrical sockets, so you can only use there equipment.
And maybe, a fly curtian or something, so you could leave door open to help it cool as there was alot of wasps.

There was also a farmer harvesting in the field next door, which ruined the hot tub and it got really dirty and wasnt usable the next day and our clothes/ car were pitted and filthy. But that isn't the camps fault at all, if you choose to camp in a farm I guess these things happen.

Tiddywinkle yurt

Liked Little kitchen next to the yurt, decor, it was very clean and there was lots of space around our pitch

Disliked Communication and confusion from owner around booking. They had confirmed extending our booking but then a week later retracted it which was disappointing

Poppy cabin (four person)

Liked Helpful & Friendly owners.
Lovely location. Views of the field from the raised platform / picnic table & enough space around all glamping sites to feel private.
Nice shared area with playground & football for the kids (& Adult!)
Great facilities to use, such as a little kitchen hut & fridge, air fryer in another seperate hut.
Toilets very nicely kept & the seperate shower / toilet is good for Families (if you time it well & get it when it’s empty)
Supermarket for supplies not far.
Finished the stay off with an evening in the hot tub!

Disliked Only issues not the fault of owners!

Wife has a phobia of caterpillars & we found a couple in the room first night. They come in from the fields probably.
So had to do a quick sweep of the room before settling down daily.

Was able to use the sites BBQ, but unfortunately no fires, as fire warning in place.

Bumble shepherd's hut

Liked Great facilities!
We stayed in Bumble lodge, had everything we needed. A kitted out kitchen with just enough of everything for a decent meal.
Hot tub was ready for our arrival and the sleeping hut was glorious.
Great location for lots of things to see and do around. Will be back.

Local attractions

While you're staying here, make sure to take a peek at Peckover House and Garden (10 minutes' drive), an 18th-century country estate in the gorgeous Isle of Ely area. For a bigger day out, you could also take yourself off to the Sandringham Estate (30 minutes) over the border in Norfolk, where there are 60 acres of landscaped gardens to explore plus extensive rolling parklands. Got birds on the brain? There's a lot of feathered life in this part of East Anglia, so take the opportunity to learn more about it at WWT Welney, a stunning wetland centre home to camouflaged hides where you can spot a range of species. You could also learn how to handle bigger birds of prey at Fens Falconry (15 minutes), a locally run company based on the outskirts of Wisbech. For more family days out, set your satnav in the direction of Church Farm Stow Bardolph (20 minutes), a rare breeds centre with a playground and tea rooms, or drive over to the north Norfolk coast (40 minutes) to splay yourself out on its splendid sandy beaches.
