    The area in general.

    Disliked:

There was only us and another group of teenagers who where fairly loud all night - not too bad but thought I'd mention it.
Also only one fresh water tap which was also used for the boats so unavailable for long periods of time. We eventually gave up.

    Disliked:

The trek between the car park and the pitch - only one working wooden pull along crate and other campers were hogging this and had it for about two hours!! This left us carrying our stuff along the very long walk. The walk would be fine if you had the equipment to get there.
Fishing is listed as something you can do here, however it is very difficult to do so with large boats mooring, we found a little area to fish but was not able to cath any here and lots of foot traffic coming by making it a very awkward spot.

No frills site, set in peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

The distance between the car park and campsite is not ideal, but eased by the wheelbarrows and cart to transport your kit.

The kids enjoyed the authentic camping nature of being in a field and having fire. Being so close to the water and being able to hire canoes! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Site in a beautiful setting, Great for groups 08/08/2017

Myself and friends had a one night stay at the campsite recently and loved it. The setting is really pretty with it literally being in the countryside and Salhouse broad being just next to it. The campsite itself was very basic as there was just portaloo's however we actually quite liked it because the field itself was unspoiled. There were several fire pits around the pitch and firewood on sale so was a lovely campsite for groups and seemed to be a nice, chilled atmosphere around the campsite itself.

    Disliked:

Not necessarily something that can be helped but we had brought a lot of stuff so the walk from the car park seemed to be a bit of a mission. They provide wheelbarrows so was fine when we arrived but because everyone was leaving on the same morning there weren't any wheelbarrows available when we left.

Lovely secluded location only a stones throw from Salhouse Broad. Lots of stuff to keep the kids interested including nature trails and Kayaking on the broads. The nearby Fur and Feathers Public house is also highly recommended for food and ale.

    Disliked:

Toilets and wash facilities are a bit questionable but this was highlighted on the booking description when booked so can't really moan.

Excellent "back to basics" camp site with campfires allowed 04/08/2017

Staff were friendly and more than happy to offer help and advice during our stay. Campfires are allowed and firewood is sold at a very reasonable price, along with the option of foraging for fallen logs to burn. Kids loved the freedom to roam about and explore / gather wood and roast marshmallows. Canoe hire on site also.

A great base to camp at if you bring a boat so you can explore the local Broads. Canoe hire is also available at a reasonable price.

    Disliked:

Portable toilets on site were yucky at times. The drinking water point also serves all of the mooring boats as well as the campsite so there was sometimes a bit of a wait to fill up.

A lovely little campsite, right next to the broads in a quiet spot. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful, and it was SO cheap we had leftover pennies to borrow canoes and go exploring. Checked out both the nearby pubs which were fab, were able to grab snacks and beers from Radleys coffee shop a short walk up the road and the site wasn't overcrowded at all, lots of space to relax
