Stunning rural views on an electric-gated site
Farm location with views up to the malvern hills

  • Family-run site with views of the Malvern Hills for guests over 14
  • A 10-minute drive from Great Malvern and 15 minutes from Worcester
  • Dog-friendly site with kitchenette and smart modern bathroom block
If you’re off for a stay somewhere as scenic as the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, why limit the views to times when you’re out and about? Grab your spot at Court Farm Leisure Park and you can indulge in those gorgeous vistas without moving a muscle. You’ll be well-placed for walking and bike routes at this family-run Worcestershire site just outside Callow End, and it’s also a handy spot for getting out to the various events taking place at the Three Counties Showground (10 minutes’ drive away), to the races at Worcester or to various musical gatherings at Upton-on-Severn, 15 minutes away. Sorting the daily basics is pretty easy from here too: a pub is about a mile away, as is the village shop where you can pick up bits for a barbecue or campfire evening back at base. For more extensive shopping sprees, it’s a 10-minute drive to Great Malvern or 15 minutes to the centre of Worcester. Facilities at this gated site include drinking water and waste disposal, along with a smart modern oak-framed bathroom block that’s got showers, toilets and a dressing table, plus a kitchenette next door.

What customers say

This is an adults-only, peaceful, and well-maintained campsite offering a quiet rural escape with views of the Malvern Hills and horses in neighbouring fields. Visitors consistently praise the immaculately clean and modern shower and toilet facilities. The site offers easy, secure access via keypad gate and enjoys a convenient location for exploring the Malvern area, with pleasant walks and nearby pubs. While a small number of guests noted occasional road noise or potential queuing for showers during peak times, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Electric grass and gravel pitch

Liked What a lovely site. Nice and quiet with only a handful of neighbouring campers. Pitches facing a field with friendly horses. Very quiet with views of the Malverns. Fabulous facilities that are all under cover and lit. Nice and secure and close to Worcester and Malvern. Great hosts too!

Electric grass and gravel pitch

Liked Small perfectly formed campsite. The basic facilities that we needed (washing, toilets, washing up) were all of an excellent quality. Excellent rural setting with views over the countryside. Horses as neighbours was a bonus.

Disliked My husband had a little difficulty in connecting the electric supply.

Electric grass and gravel pitch

Liked We chose this campsite because it was adults only and the location was exactly the same distance for us to meet family.
Kate was extremely helpful and arranged us 2 pitches together.
The campsite is small, on a farm and has a really rural feel and vibe.
Very peaceful and chilled.
If you’re lucky the horses will come and have a graze over the fence next to your pitch and the sun sets are amazing!
There are a few permanent pitches and everyone was really friendly.
It’s a short walk into the village with 2 pubs serving good food.
Easy to get to from the motorway but you can’t feel further away from it when you are there.
The let yourself in but please contact us if you need anything, really works for us.
We did have a quick question and Gareth answered straight away and helped us out.
I really didn’t want to make this too glowing as if I’m honest it’s one of those campsites you don’t want others to know about and just want to keep it to yourself.

Disliked Absolutely nothing!

Electric grass and gravel pitch

Liked I had a lovely stay at Court Farm. The pitch was great — and I really appreciate having an allocated spot. It can feel a little cosy if you end up with two campervans right next to you, but it didn’t take away from the beautiful view.

The shower and toilet block was clean and well maintained.

I really liked the keypad‑secured gate — it adds a reassuring level of security without feeling over the top.

Communication was excellent from the moment of booking right through to pitch allocation and date confirmations. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Disliked There was a bit of queuing for the showers, which is understandable, though the site wasn’t particularly full during our stay. I imagine this could become more of an issue at peak capacity, but it wasn’t a major problem for us.

Local attractions

Worcester (15 minutes’ drive) is a good place to start for a taste of the area – head here for cathedral visits, riverside walks, museums and days of horse racing or cricket. If you’re a classical music aficionado, stop by at The Firs (10 minutes) to visit local boy Edward Elgar’s birthplace – or follow the 37-mile Elgar Route to take in all sorts of snippets of the great composer’s life. For a bit more of the area’s history, take trips to the National Trust estate Croome (25 minutes) to find out about its chequered past, or take a wander around the grand rooms and gorgeous grounds of Eastnor Castle (half an hour). You’ll get a good glimpse into the area’s traditional architecture over at Upton-on-Severn (15 minutes) too – especially if you drop in for a pint in one of its several olde-worlde pubs. Brought the kids along on holiday? Take them to ride tractors and meet cute animals at Newbridge Farm Park (half an hour) or buy yourselves a bit of quiet time as you lose them in the Worcester Maize Maze (five minutes). Travelling without tiddlers? Try the tipples at Lovells Vineyard (15 minutes) instead.
