Excellent facilities and a friendly Mill House Team!
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked We received a lovely friendly welcome even though we arrived late due to traffic. The Mill House Team couldn’t do enough for us. Great toilet and shower facilities that were really clean with nice attention to detail. Our pitch was so pretty and really cheap for the amount of space that we had. The sound of the wildlife was delightful, swans, pheasants and lots of birds. The onsite horse trailer bar is cool and the prices are excellent. The seating beside the water with shade provided with umbrellas was a welcome rest. This site is cost effective, efficient, beautiful, friendly and well placed if you’re travelling on the M5.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Bar area and prices were good. Showers and toilets clean and accessible.
Disliked Crammed onto a pitch, essentially sharing the space with another family in a tent (there were 2 ehus but not two pitch spaces). Dogs running off lead everywhere, kids and adults on e-scooters, lots of long-term caravans and large family/friend groups that clearly go for a weekend booze up leaving the kids running loose.

Oversold and over-crowded.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Staff were friendly and tried to help us to find a pitch, gave us a refund with no problem.
Disliked Arrived on a bank holiday and were told that due to an error with Pitch Up booking system the site was overbooked. Staff tried to direct us to where there might be spaces but all pitches were already pretty much touching one another, not even an inch of space. It was so busy and overcrowded. Definitely did not resemble the pictures or reviews we had seen on Pitch Up.
We decided to leave and fortunately were able to get into a genuinely quiet and spacious site about half an hour away. Would not be tempted to come back.
