What customers say
This is a well-maintained, clean and friendly campsite conveniently located for Stratford-upon-Avon, with reliable bus routes directly outside. Visitors praised the spacious pitches, hot water, and helpful staff. While some noted the facilities are dated, they were consistently reported as clean and functional. Dog walking areas are also a plus. Despite occasional comments about sloping pitches and limited shop hours, many visitors expressed a desire to return.

Good site with friendly staff and clean facilities
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked The staff were generally helpful and friendly. Decent facilities block with good hot showers. Great location for the river, Stratford and the bus.
Disliked Facilities block was freezing. Power post tripped out and staff were unable to fix it due to personal circumstances. An extension was provided which gave a temporary fix. Pitches were tight and difficult to get on due to taped off area. The pitches had a big slope.

Very unsettling - Avoid
Non-electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked How this is a functioning tourist campsite we don't know!? It's not really walkable into Stratford, and it's along reasonably busy road. Spoken to like a child by an angry patronising man who felt he was unable to trust us with the most basic instructions. Campsite is depressing, with what seemed like year round residents in the tatty looking touring caravans. We lasted 5 minutes before leaving this awful, unsavoury (and sloped) site. We did however speak to an absolutely lovely lady the next day, when we explained why we didn't stay.
Avoid. You'd be better off in a layby.
Disliked The site and the utterly unpleasant human there.
