What customers say
This quiet, rural campsite offers a peaceful escape with beautiful views and direct access to woodland walks. Visitors praised the friendly and welcoming hosts, clean facilities, and opportunities to interact with farm animals, particularly piglets. The on-site farm shop, selling delicious local produce, was a highlight for many. While described as basic, the facilities, including composting toilets and hot water for washing up, generally met expectations. Some minor issues, such as occasional noise from farm animals and a lack of general waste disposal, were noted.

From the manager: Thank you both for this super review. So glad you all enjoyed your stay in the blistering heat. You did make good use of the facilities at Loggerheads and the Burnt Wood which all helped with this weekend's heat.

Liked I had a fantastic stay at Park Hill Farm. Pat and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home.
The on-site farm shop is a real highlight. I bought some of their home-reared steak, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, full of flavour, and excellent quality. It was a little surreal cooking it while the herd stood nearby watching me prepare one of their relatives! 😂
The site itself is peaceful, well-kept, and excellent value for money. There are some lovely walks straight from the site, and if you’re into wildlife or photography, there are plenty of birds to photograph in the surrounding countryside.
A wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience genuine farm hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it!
