What customers say
This is a well-maintained, small, and friendly campsite. Guests consistently praise the owner, Paul, for being incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The pitches are level and the site is described as very clean and tidy, with a good play area for children. Recent renovations to the toilet and shower block have been well-received. Some guests note minor road noise, but most find it not disruptive. A few guests have mentioned that during peak times, the limited number of shower/toilet facilities can lead to waits. Overall, visitors highly recommend the site and express a desire to return.

Ideal for families who want to chill in a friendly atmosphere!
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Relaxed but organised atmosphere, kids play area was perfect for our 4 and 7 year old and there was plenty of space to play other games around the field. Paul was attentive and helpful but not intrusive and lovely to chat to. The toilet blocks were excellent and kept very clean and tidy. With Aldi, Lidl and Market Drayton only a short drive away it was a great location where you could just chill on site or pop off for emergency supplies or a wonder around the shops.

Will come back again.
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Paul was exceptionally friendly and helpful, supervising the non-stop work throughout the visit. The electric socket was further away from us and our extension lead proved too short, Paul kindly lent his own to ensure we had power access.

Nice little stop over site.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Only stopped for one night on the way home from our road trip round wales but Abdo Farm was a nice little site. Facilities were brand new and were great. Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Great site and I imagine a great base to explore the local area. A must if stopping at Abdo Farm is a meal at Redwood Smokehouse

Perfect for our needs.
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked The friendly and helpful owner Paul reserved us a well shaded corner of the site, even though we didn't commit to an arrival time.
The toilet and shower block was spotlessly clean and the free showers were excellent.
The flat grassy field is very well maintained and the kids loved the play area.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked It was our first time camping as a family and the owners are lovely and welcoming they made sure we knew where everything was and helped us with a few tips on pitching the tent. The park is close enough to your pitch that you can sit and watch the kids play. The facilities were kept clean at all times and close to pitches so you didn't have far to walk.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Easy to find and a well kept site. The owner Paul was friendly and welcoming. He showed us around as soon as we arrived. He even messaged me the morning of to give directions etc. The site itself is well maintained and lovely, it's small but there is plenty of space for children to play with the added bonus of a play park for them (my daughter spent the majority of Saturday playing and making friends) The facilities are lovely and clean with toilets and showers. There is an extra cost to use the washing machine and dryer.
We definitely recommend and we will be booking there again, this time with my wife as well.
