Disliked Only the Venue open for refreshments and only from 12. Would have been nice to go to the Lake Club overlooking the Aquapark. But only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Not early or mid week.

Liked Plenty of pitches of all types and a lot of on-site facilities, especially for kids. Nearby carvery pub as well as garage/shop/ fish bar.

Disliked Totally disorganised site management, campers park anywhere and spread out, so it can be busy and noisy. Pitch allocation is ignored. Be wary of vehicles disobeying all signage!

We're sorry to hear that aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. During busy periods, particularly on our larger camping and touring areas, the park can feel lively, and we appreciate that this may not suit everyone.

We do have teams in place to monitor the park and ensure guests are following park rules, including speed limits, vehicle restrictions, and pitch allocations. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review.

We're sorry to hear about the noise and the difficulties you experienced during check-in. We do always send an email on the day of arrival between 12 midday and 1pm with important information about your stay.

We do have guidelines and rules on park regarding noise pollution. However, we cannot be responsible for every guest's behaviour, and unfortunately, some guests can be noisy after the appropriate times. If our park teams become aware of this, they will always challenge the behaviour and take appropriate action.

We're sorry to hear you felt there was a lack of dog waste bins. We do have dog waste bins located around the holiday park, and we would encourage all dog owners to use these facilities to help keep the park clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Liked lots to do for children ( but you have to book everything weeks before you go ) so be aware .

Disliked the caravans and motorhomes coming in and out , means no where for people to walk ,bit dangerous to be honest ,
and the prices of drinks and food was way over the top
need more bar staff on
children's entertainment doesn't start till 20:00 , yet a drag act on at 19:00 should off been other way round , for the sex talks he was saying . infant of small children and toilets were awful

Liked Lots to do on site. Nice touring pitch on a corner just a minutes walk from shower blocks. Plenty of showers and toilets.

Disliked Hadn’t been advised to prebook swimming and when I found out you had to, all the slots were full. Should make it clear before you arrive to prebook.

To help guests secure their preferred activities, we do advise that activities, including swimming sessions, can be booked up to two weeks before arrival. We communicate this through our email communications to help guests plan ahead and secure their preferred sessions before arriving on park.

Disliked Restaurant and bar are unable to serve the amount of customers
We waited nearly 2 hours for food, despite being reassured that ours would be the next meals out

Full refund was given, however with 2 small children who were very hungry it was totally unacceptable

We are sorry to hear about your experience in the restaurant and fully understand your frustration. Waiting almost two hours for food, especially with two young children who were hungry, is not the experience we want any of our holiday guests to have.

Whilst we are pleased that the team recognised the issue and provided a full refund, we appreciate that this would not have made up for the inconvenience and disappointment caused at the time.

During peak periods our venue can become extremely busy, but we recognise that clear communication and realistic expectations are important, and we are sorry that on this occasion we did not meet those expectations.
