What customers say
Holly Tree Park & Fishery is a well-maintained, peaceful site with friendly, helpful family staff. Guests praise the clean facilities, comfortable pitches, and on-site pub. Fishing is a popular activity, with guests catching numerous fish. While some experienced issues with hot water, shower pressure, and toilet supplies, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return. The site is run by family staff who all are so friendly had helpful. The showers and toilets were very clean and worm. There is also a pub on site which was great fun and friendly

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Lovely to meet the owners and they were very helpful in taking the payment promptly as I was going to be exiting the site early mornings and arriving back late in the evening. Lovely location, very quiet with all the amenities, water, electric and waste. The shower and toilets were clean, with shower having great water pressure. The phone signal and wi fi is very poor, take a book and unwind away from the tech. It was also lovely to see people had there pets with them.
Disliked The approach roads are very bumpy, you can't travel over 25 miles per hour, I understand this is not the fault of the site, but be warned, it was expected and highlights what a local council should be attending to, in order to help businesses such as this.

Electric grass pitch
Liked The security of the site and the staff were friendly
Disliked No hand soap in the toilets or running hot water and minimal toilet roll was supplied daily ( luckily we bought our own but not everyone does), the shower facilities although very spacious lacked water pressure, I feel with a bit of focus in these areas this would be a really nice site to stay on.

Friendly staff and made to feel welcome
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely peaceful countryside. Loved the wandering ducks from the fishing pool. Clean facility's. Close proximity to Skegness.
Disliked Only 1 toilet for women, when gents had 2 cubicles and 3 urinals. Family shower rooms are in the caravan field. But guessing the toilet situation is because it's a fishing pool? Could do with a light over washing up area.
