Liked: This is a little corner of paradise!
Stayed for 8 nights and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Friendly and approachable owners, spotless and well maintained site, luxury shower and toilet facilities and a well stocked fishing pond.
We enjoyed feeding the goats and chickens. Beautiful fresh eggs as well!
So very peaceful, listening to the birds sing and lovely sunsets.
We can't wait to stay again!!
Disliked: Not a dislike, just a comment. The hard standing material is quite rough under foot and sticks to soft soled shoes. It wouldn't put us off staying again though!

Liked: The campsite is beautiful and our pitch overlooked the lake, had electric and a water tap on the pitch. It is really well maintained with immaculate showers and toilets. There is a lovely summer house with tea and coffee making facilities, books & dvds to borrow or swap.
Disliked: I didn’t dislike anything but a tap and hose to swill out the toilet cassette would be the icing on the cake.

From the manager: Thankyou for your lovely comments .There is a tap with some yellow coloured hose to the left of the elsham point to wash your cassette out with

Liked: There really is nothing that could be improved. The whole site was fabulous, spotless, and unbelievably well thought out. And if like a clean toilet and shower then you’ve found your little slice of heaven!
The owners dad is the caretaker, and he couldn’t have been nicer. All in all, perfect.
