Woodside Haven on-site touring caravan

Liked Headed here for a little easter break and had an amazing time. It was our first time going away with our puppy, and the owners made it so easy. They were very welcoming and helpful when we first arrived.
The caravan itself was lovely, modern and very clean. It does have its own bathroom; however, we found that it did not have any hot water in the shower. You will also need to empty the toilet at the end of your stay, should you use it. But this wasn't a problem as there are some very clean and modern communal facilities which we used instead.
There are local takeaways which deliver to the site, should you not feel like cooking.
The site is peaceful and quiet, and it was exactly what we wanted. We wish that you would allow tents so we could come back and camp!

What customers say

This is a well-maintained, peaceful, and friendly site with immaculate toilet and shower facilities. Pitches are generally a good size, and the site offers lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere. On-site animals and a communal summer house are popular features. While most guests have no complaints, a few minor points were raised regarding pitch levelling, occasional wind, and a lack of WiFi. The site is highly recommended and many guests plan to return.

Electric gravel touring pitch

Liked Such a beautiful site! Very well maintained and the attention to detail to make visitors feel welcomed and at home is wonderful! From the lovely summer house with tea coffee kettle, microwave and toaster (and TV to watch the footie) with lovely deck over looking the fishing lake to the top of the range showers and toilets!
Thank you for a wonderful relaxing couple of days/nights 🙂🙂

Electric gravel touring pitch

Liked Nice friendly welcome by the lady looking after the site, who couldn’t have been more helpful. All the amenities were kept clean, our pitch was a good size and in the sunshine overlooking the fields. The summerhouse where customers could meet have a chat play games watch tv was a definite bonus.
All in all for our first visit it couldn’t have gone better.

Local attractions

A round of the local golf course to kickstart your Lincolnshire break? Elsham Golf Club (five minutes’ drive) has been around since 1900 and has 18 holes. Hull (35 minutes) is just as historic: there’s the Streetlife Museum with old trams, cars and carriages, as well as the Hull Maritime Museum. The Deep (half an hour) aquarium is another fine entertainment option with jellyfish, stingrays and sharks. If that has you wanting more of the water (but no more sharks, please and thank you), make your way to Cleethorpes (35 minutes) for paddleboarding and kayaking. Waters' Edge Country Park & Visitor Centre (15 minutes) has some sublime river views and dog-friendly walks, as well as a viewing port over the bridge. Perhaps you want something that will get your heart rate up even more – and what a wild setting the Regency mansion at Normanby Hall Country Park (20 minutes) is for a Go Ape treetop course.
