Nice site but not a great deal to do nearby
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Very peaceful site, toilet block clean. Well maintained site, staff friendly. Very large pitch one of the biggest I've ever seen. Own water tap on each pitch, you need a screw fitting so make sure you take one. Lovely walks around the site. There is a playground for children. Woodhall Spa town is lovely with lots of shops and bars, when we were there not everything was open. A visit to the cinema is a must as its like going back in time. There is a little shop in reception with essentials, don't have pink and blue for the loo so make sure you have it with you.
Disliked Shower buttons don't stay on longer that 3 seconds, I used the disabled shower that stayed on longer. The pub is only open on a weekend. You have to pay for wifi through a company but it doesn't work so don't bother. A lot of tall trees so often in the shade. Signage on the site is not great so make sure you ask for a map when you arrive as they don't offer one. Tree work going on when we were there so had a tractor running up and down all day.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Lovely place with fab dog walks. Lover the wood walk into the village. Staff very friendly. Have a bar and a food van(American school bus) open on evenings. Will be back. Shower and toilet blocks clean and modern. Great fishing pond. Park has pods and cabins for rent also for friend and family who don’t have a caravan.
Disliked We parked under an Acorn tree in Sept so acorns kept falling in caravan. We asked if we could move and it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely site and well looked after
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Friendly staff, lovely site, well maintained and spacious
Disliked Only small criticism would be there's not enough bins dotted around. Only ones I saw were in the shower block and at the 'bin station'

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The size of the pitch
Disliked Reception staff were dismissive and no information given about wi-fi (you have to pay extra £5 a day) we didn't have any map of the site showing toilet blocks , play areas, bar these would have been useful.

Good location.
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Big wide pitch. Plenty of room for car, chairs, awning etc. location.
Disliked Only 2 toilets in the gents. I think if the seasonal pitches were busy it would be a problem, although there are alternatives it’s not a great thing to wander around looking for empty loos.

Excellent site, friendly staff and will definitely go again
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely, peaceful campsite just what we needed! Our grandchildren visited for a day and loved the play park very much. Nice little area where food and drinks were available outside and the toilet and shower block were kept clean.
Disliked Only a very small niggle was that we had run out of eggs for breakfast and the campsite shop didn’t sell them which was disappointing it’s only very basic. Sainsbury’s was just down the road but a bit annoying we had to jump in the car.
