What customers say
This is a clean, tidy, and peaceful site with friendly staff and good fishing. Pitches are level and well-serviced. Facilities include a shop and launderette. Some guests found the showers could be improved, with water soaking clothes. While children are welcome, ball games are not permitted, and some felt there was little for them on site. Issues with bird mess and dog control were noted, which the manager is addressing.

Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Sun was out and the people some residents and some passing through was lovely! Very helpful. Pitch was good. Fishing was good. We had couple double figures 12 14lb don’t think your getting to much bigger but good fun
Disliked It says its kids allowed it should say kids not welcome. There’s nothing there for kids to do not allowed ball games. There’s a park if that’s what you want to call it. Everything is covered in bird shit. Only 1 shower is good rest were shocking. If your going to Skegness and need some were to use as a base with your family it’s fine but if your after family fun and chill there it’s not the place

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay.
We do our very best to keep on top of the mess caused by the birds, but at this time of year, particularly when they have young, it is an almost endless task.
Children are very welcome on our site and we love to see families enjoying their holidays. However, as we are a seasonal residential park, ball games are not permitted out of respect for our owners and other guests.
Thank you also for bringing the matter of the showers to our attention. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and we will address the issue with our cleaning teams.
On a positive note, we're pleased to hear that you liked your pitch and enjoyed the fishing. We have some fish weighing up to 19lb.
We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services.
Good price, quiet countryside good facilities
Electric grass pitch
Liked Good clean toilets, powerful shower, peaceful. Good base for exploring nearby areas such as skegness and mablethorpe. Good price for an electric pitch.
Disliked Didn't know when the shop opening times were and always seemed to find it closed. Not a lot to do on site other than fishing, but is fine as we mainly used as a base

Liked Lovely site. Was a nice pitch maybe a little small but we arrived late and were really not in the mood to look for a better one. Everything was at it should. Will earmark this site for the future.

Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Quiet site, not many people came and went while we were there.
Brilliant fishing lakes - £5 pppd. My son and partner enjoyed this as they fished every other day while we were away.
Climbing play area, didnt use as not many kids about while we were there.
Staff and people on site were very friendly and always stopped for a chat which was nice or to offer advice on places to visit 😁
We had fully serviced hard standing plot (gravel) with side grassed area.
Laundry area with 2 washers and dryers
Pot washing area with 2 sinks
Ladies and men's shower/toilet block. Water nice and warm.
Shop on site which sold essentials, handy to have.
Even the minor points below wouldn't stop us visiting again.
Great 6 night stay overall, thank you! 🥰
Disliked Showers could do with new heads due to soaking whole cubicle once turned on, had to leave clothes outside as first day they got soaked.
No bin available at pot washing area, but main bins were round the corner anyway.
And felt like the sinks could have done with a clean every few days. People don't leave as they find which doesnt help.
Maybe a light available around toilet emptying station.
