Sycamore Farm Park

Mi è piaciuto Loved staying here. Stayed at a few places in Skegness area and this is the best so far. Definitely will return. We had an electric hook up with our family tent. Fantastic staff..really helpful and polite. Clean facilities with well lit areas for night time.

Non mi è piaciuto Only had issues with WiFi for my special needs son for his beloved ipad...but that was it. Fantastic place

Non mi è piaciuto The toilet and shower block (male amd female) wasn't cleaned frequently. Couple of times I have gone in for a shower and I ended up cleaning it. As toilet roll every where (new and used ) the bench you sit on was in one of the toilet cubicle. Up on end. We had a weeks stay. And I only know of one day they had a cleaner in cleaning.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at sycamore farm park,was met by owner who was friendly,and told me all about the site and surrounding area. Pitches was large, flat and had everything I needed. Shower blocks was 30 metres away,all was clean and tidy,powerful shower,washing up area and laundry room.
There is a shop on site selling essentials, shops takeaways a few minutes away.residents all happy to have a chat,there are 2 fishing lakes,got some good fish in.skeggness /Ingoldmells 5 minutes up the road.will definitely be returning.

Mi è piaciuto We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back before the season ends. The residents were welcoming. We loved Bob and Paul. My son loved the fishing and we were so close to skegness beach and fantasy island. Site was so lovely and calm. We were in bed by 9pm most nights and the site was silent which we were happy with. It was on the whole well maintained. Only 2 tent pitches which surprised us. But actually worked out well for us as 80% of our stay we was the only tent. The adults loved that we had no signal or WiFi. This is a pro and a con as evenings the children wanted their devices.

Non mi è piaciuto If I had to be picky as we really did love our stay. It would be, the paths around the ponds were absolutely covered in duck and goose poop. I feel a simple jet wash could help the walk arounds be better as it was literally everywhere. And the showers. Although clean and warm, they spray practically to the other side of the block haha! Don't hang your clothes amd towel on the back of the door as they will get drenched. Also, the shop is cute, but not the best stocked. No WiFi on site was an issue for some of our group, mainly the kids at night time for the kids as our signal was non existent.

Mi è piaciuto Sun was out and the people some residents and some passing through was lovely! Very helpful. Pitch was good. Fishing was good. We had couple double figures 12 14lb don’t think your getting to much bigger but good fun

Non mi è piaciuto It says its kids allowed it should say kids not welcome. There’s nothing there for kids to do not allowed ball games. There’s a park if that’s what you want to call it. Everything is covered in bird shit. Only 1 shower is good rest were shocking. If your going to Skegness and need some were to use as a base with your family it’s fine but if your after family fun and chill there it’s not the place

We do our very best to keep on top of the mess caused by the birds, but at this time of year, particularly when they have young, it is an almost endless task.

Children are very welcome on our site and we love to see families enjoying their holidays. However, as we are a seasonal residential park, ball games are not permitted out of respect for our owners and other guests.

Thank you also for bringing the matter of the showers to our attention. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and we will address the issue with our cleaning teams.

On a positive note, we're pleased to hear that you liked your pitch and enjoyed the fishing. We have some fish weighing up to 19lb.

Mi è piaciuto Good clean toilets, powerful shower, peaceful. Good base for exploring nearby areas such as skegness and mablethorpe. Good price for an electric pitch.

Non mi è piaciuto Didn't know when the shop opening times were and always seemed to find it closed. Not a lot to do on site other than fishing, but is fine as we mainly used as a base
