Mi è piaciuto Arrived at sycamore farm park,was met by owner who was friendly,and told me all about the site and surrounding area. Pitches was large, flat and had everything I needed. Shower blocks was 30 metres away,all was clean and tidy,powerful shower,washing up area and laundry room. There is a shop on site selling essentials, shops takeaways a few minutes away.residents all happy to have a chat,there are 2 fishing lakes,got some good fish in.skeggness /Ingoldmells 5 minutes up the road.will definitely be returning.

Mi è piaciuto The site has changed since last time was here, more hardstanding pitches.site was clean and tidy as we're shower and toilet block.all staff were friendly,5 lakes to fish in fished all and caught some great fish.there is a shop on site,Costa, arcades and entertainment, of which I didn't use as was fishing from dawn until dusk,and came prepared for once. Not 2 far to bike into mablethorpe, or there is a bus stop outside gate.all seasonal folks were happy to have a chat.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at marnham lakes,was greeted by Martin,who told me all about site and facilities ect. The site is im the middle of countryside,very peaceful, the itches were flat and had plenty of room all around.there is a fishing lake, and bus bar which is open at weekends, there is also a pub few minutes walk from site,. The fishing was good caught some great fish,and all in great condition. The showers had plenty of pressure and hot water.you can walk dogs around edge of fields or small country lanes.

Mi è piaciuto As I pulled up at woodside,was greeted by manager,who explained all about site. Was shown 2 pitch which was spacious, had electric and water .the site is immaculate. The shower blocks are spotlessly clean. There are animals on site,also has a fishing pond,which has some cracking fish in it.d9nt want to big this place up 2 much,as will be so popular, I won't get a pitch as it will be booked up all season. All other campers friendly and want to have a chat,there is also a summerhouse to get tea/ coffee.

Mi è piaciuto Great site,friendly staff and residents, and fellow campers.4he site was really tidy. Toilets/showers really clean, food trailer on site open early until 2 pm.2 fishing lakes,caught some great fish.not to far to walk 2 Ingoldmells, loads of footpaths to explore.

Mi è piaciuto Another great stay at manor farm, was greeted by jenna and shown to pitch. Site was.nice.and tidy ,as been here a.few.times, we know.what a good job owners do. Toilets, showers cleaned regularly throughout day,really warm inside, and hot.water whenever needed,also applies.for wash up area. Other campers friendly. Chip van comes round on Friday evening,really good food and reasonable price.also ice cream van most days.fishing lake on site,great fishing.of site about mile to beach,can walk on quite road or footpath, Radcliffe donkey sanctuary, just up the road at huttoff,farmer brows ice cream. Not far to other seaside towns for arcades ect.

Mi è piaciuto Another great stay at manor farm, owners greeted us on arrival,great people,took us to our pitch. Site was tidy despite all wet weather over winter.shower block spotless and warm. Tried the chips from visiting chip van, was freshly cooked and very tasty, reasonable priced too. Nice 15 minutes walk to beach, massive beach to explore, dog friendly too.called in at the bar / restaurant on way back to campsite. Went to donkey sanctuary,via footpaths, 45 minutes walk,you can feed them carrots ,£1 per bucket.helps pay for there up keep. Fished the lake,caught big and small fish.chapel st Leonard's 3 miles away.for arcades ect we walked it via road didn't take to long. Would return again ,great site.

Mi è piaciuto Rolled up at wind farm park,as was greeted at reception, by one the family members. Was told code for shower block, explained were everything was on site, and shown to pitch,I asked for lakeside pitch when booking ,and got lakeside pitch.the owners friendly and helpful.the pitches were massive, and still had plenty of room around.shower and toilet block was very clean, super hot showers were great. Fished the lake, if you don't book on line you can pay at machine,caught loads of small carp, but nothing big.site tidy with loads of walks if you have your four legged friend with you. If you like it quiet you will like this place.

Non mi è piaciuto Not a dislike ,but could do with a couple of bins around site this may discourage people throwing glass bottles under hedge. Also the irresponsible parents who tell there children to play football away from there own pitch, so they don't damage there own vehicle but ok to hit someone else's vehicle. There was two other areas which could accommodate ball games.

Mi è piaciuto A really good site,when arrived was told all about site,given a map to get to pitch which was easy to find. Surround by trees, stream at back of site and greenery, which I wouldn't think being so close to the coast only being about a mile away through tree line trail. Showers /toilets really clean, lots of hot water, they deserve lots of credit for there work. Site well set out,also has a shop and a cafe for lots of nice treats. If you have a dog there are trails everywhere, dogs even allowed on local bus routes which is good if you want to go a bit further afield.the scenery is fantastic weather that be walking along costal path, or through narrow street villages. There is cycle hire and water sports galore. Locals very welcoming and friendly. Pentewen/mevagissy/and Charlestown well worth a visit, st Austell is only 3miles away if you forget anything.all round good site/area to visit.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at fendick's fishery, and went to reception,was greeted by owner and had choice of pitch, paid for electric while there,was told all about site,which was helpful. Was on lake 5 ,loads of room on pitches hook up,water and toilets/showers close bye.there was plenty of hot water for showers and washing up station,also cleaned at regular times. There was lots of walks around site through the trees, and farm tracks, ideal for walking the dog.there was a football field for kids to run around.also onsite was a cafe/bar which had great menu and lots of different drinks to choose from.there was a band playing on Saturday night which was an added bonus.the staff on site were super friendly, nothing to much trouble,as were all of on site campers. There are 5 fishing lakes here, we caught some great fish,all in great condition,carp,tench,roach,Rudd,and even some eels slippery things. All round great campsite, nice and tidy everywhere,plenty of bins. Would highly recommend this site, will definitely be returning.

Mi è piaciuto Our second visit to manor farm caravan park, enjoyed the bank holiday weekend here. On arrival was greeted by owners who showed us where pitch was , explained all about site and off site things to do. Was close to amenities block ,which was spotlessly clean, warm and plenty of hot water.there is a fishing lake on site, with carp and Rudd,. There are plenty of room on pitches.also dog walking field.also lots of public footpaths to explore. Not to far from the beach, 10/15 minutes walk.feels like you have the beach to yourselves, as it is huge. There are toilets and a cafe/shop on beachfront, there is also a bar/restaurant close by ,and dog friendly. 2miles from campsite is Radcliffe donkey sanctuary,we walk out of a derby and onto a footpath as no footpath on A52. It's only a £1 entry and you can buy buckets of carrots to feed donkeys, also gift shop and cafe . Skegness/ingomells/chapel st lenoards not to far away by car, if you want hustle and bustle.back on site a chip van comes round on Friday evenings,also ice cream van. There is also a social club in village for chill and grill nights on Fridays, which sounds good. Overall great stay on nice quiet site, with loads of wildlife to see.will return again.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at sunflower park, our pitch number was on chalk board at entrance,was easy to find.after the heavy rain the day before,thought we may sink into to the sandy ground, but this didn't happen. The site had lots of different kind of animals to see and feed,which was lots of fun.there was also a little shop,cafe,and fishing tackle hut. Off site close to the entrance was Laughton forest with paths and trails going in all directions,it's a huge area to explore on foot with the dog or cycling, there was abundance of wild animals to see like deer and some interesting fungus and plants. The toilets and showers were clean, a few bugs ,but your in the countywide didn't bother us, may some people.really peaceful and quite site, was disturbed by the cockerel and geese early in the morning, all part of the fun being surrounded by all these rescued animals.this is a very popular site ,been trying to book it since April. Was worth the wait, and would return again.

Mi è piaciuto We arrived at holly tree caravan park and pub, was greeted by owner who showed us to our pitch,and explained where all facilities were. Also told us about activities on and off site. We had the motorhome pitches all to our self,there were quite a few staying in statics,and was lots of caravans. We went for a walk just off site along the side of river,where we saw a great variety of wildlife,walking the dog. Later on my daughter had a go at fishing on site,which she enjoyed. Saturday evening we decided to try the pub out for re-freshmen,there was lots of choice to drink, all the people on site were friendly,and the locals. Toilets and showers were clean,with lots of hot water.if you like a nice and peaceful site,you will like it here.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at jubilee fields park, was given access code and pitch number before arriving, which was good. Parked up and was greeted by tony the manger, who explained all about site. The pitches were level, great size and all electric/water /and waste drain was all close by. The site is immaculate, not a single piece of rubbish anywhere, the toilet /shower block is the best one we have ever used,absolutely spotless. Showers loads of hot water.even though site was busy no queuing up. The site has good security barrier for coming and going,felt really safe. It was only 5 minutes walk to Tesco express/pubs/takeaway, then another 5/10 minutes to fantasy island, with rides for all ages, arcades/food vendors etc, and the beach ,you can go left on promenade towards chapel , or right for Skegness, both good walks if you have four legged friend with you. There was also lots of footpaths near site which you can explore. All other campers on site friendly, sharing stories where best to go/free parking etc Would highly recommend this site.

Mi è piaciuto Arrived at grange leisure park, reception was efficient and helpful gave us a map of park, highlighted route to our pitch, also lots of information in a pack. It's a huge site with lots of space between pitches. Credit to all staff who kept park tidy ,and cleaners who kept showers/toilets clean, for so many people using them,there's always a minor few who just thinks well someone gets paid to tidy up,who spoil it for everyone else. Lots of things to do on site,Aqua park,fishing,golf, football etc.kids loved Aqua park. Shop had essentials and wasn't to pricey, also arcade,bar and food on site. Plenty of walks around site and dog friendly. Just before sunset go and see the geese taking off for the night, flying inches over your head in formation,was spectacular to watch. We was a little distance from the evening entertainment,but could hear it going on. Generally a good site,with lots to do,and would return again.

Rolled up at ivy lodge, was greeted by the very helpful owner, he showed which pitch to go to, explained where all facilities were.and if needed any more information about anything just ask.very clean and tidy site. Large pitches around perimeter of field with a small lake in middle. Kitchen /washing up/showers /toilets clean. Others campers friendly and welcoming. Walked into hogsthorpe along footpaths, there's a tea room/shop and pub, which we stopped off to sample a beverage, sat in beer garden as was nice sunny evening, dogs welcome in pub too. Was 2 miles to chapel st Leonard's, but didn't go as was only there for 1night.fished the lake, caught some great fish, and there all in great shape. Owner really looks after the welfare of them. If you want to just sit in the sun and enjoy the peace and quite, then this is a great get away..there were lots of leaflets to browse through for visiting different places ,or order a takeaway,if you don't fancy cooking/BBQ. Will definitely return to this site for a longer stay next time.

Mi è piaciuto Stunning views from site.you won't find scenery like this in many places. We arrived at bwlchgwyn farm,rang the number at reception, as the owners was busy working on farm ,they came back and showed us to pitch, and explained where everything required was.new shower block was close by,lots of hot water and cleaned regular.loads of room on our pitch. You can walk or cycle to fairbourne or Barmouth, either by footpaths,farm trails30/40 minutes walk, cycle10/20 minutes,drive to Barmouth 45 via toll road.beaches were really clean ,even the dogs beach. There is so much to do in Barmouth,paddle boarding,sea fishing,boat trips, shopping, walking trails crabbing in the harbour,fun fairs, or just sitting outside cafe/pub watching it all happen. Back on site you can hire fire pits to cook dinner ,and watch the spectacular sunset over the estuary, its worth the pitch price on its own. The power tripped out one morning, but the owners were there quickly to restore power.loads of on site animals to see. Nice friendly site. Children of all ages making new friends. Lots of bins for recycling ect, dog friendly. Will definitely return to this site again.

Mi è piaciuto Had a great stay at manor caravan park,in the village of a anderby Check in was easy, friendly staff.was told where pitch was, and if had any problems there was someone to help you. The toilet/shower block was very clean all the time we was there ,over a bank holiday weekend.there was no waiting for showers even though the site was pretty full,lots of hot water. The park was very tidy, lots of bins to put waste in. The fishing lake was a bonus ,caught a verity of fish and a couple of decent carp. Short walk to beach about 25 minutes, we went via the road ,no footpath but road was quiet, you can go on public footpaths across fields. Beach nice for a long walk and dog friendly.was a cafe ,small shop and toilets at a anderby creek beach. Would recommend a stay at this campsite.

Mi è piaciuto Booking in on arrival was straight forward, the lady on front desk was polite and helpful.found our pitch easily,one of the grounds men came to check all was ok, as it was our first time in motorhome.was close enough to toilet/shower block, of which was clean and warm plenty of hot water. Even though it was busy on site, no waiting for shower or washing up. It was nice and quiet,despite lots of people milling around. Only a few minutes walk to shops/bars and beach. Lots of good walks if you take the dog along. Very reasonable price,would stay here again.
