- There are no bins onsite: all rubbish will need to be taken home with you.

- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Safety
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Vehicles
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- The bar is open 6pm-12am Thursday-Saturday and every bank holiday Sunday.

Liked The site is lovely and well kept with friendly, helpful staff and van owners.
The bar is a delightful 'shack' and we enjoyed bingo on the Friday. They also have regular live music acts.
Disliked Although the shower facilities were very clean and well kept there was no power to the showers.

It's noisy when its calling out…

Liked It's noisy when its calling out time at the pub but we knew it would be so will not complain about this at all. Lovely staff Lovely pitch and bingo at the side of the lake. Deffo will come again.

The site is quiet and immaculate…

Liked The site is quiet and immaculate you can see the owners who were very friendly and accommodating take great pride in what they have created. All toilet/shower facilities were clean and the other residents were really friendly and helpful, good to have a laugh with locals in the small on site bar which is very welcoming and the pond was a fab space and well stocked for a spot of fishing.
Disliked Not really much to dislike about this place but if you’re wanting loads to do and close to things this is not the site for that (we didn’t want anything to busy we went for some relaxation and a base when visiting cadwell park 20 minutes down the road so was perfect for us) I wouldn’t really call it a dislike but just felt I should add that

Liked Helpful and freindly owners. Facilities are always clean. Site is always peaceful and quiet. Location is good for accessing louth, cleethorpes Mablethorpe and skegness. Have stopped here four times now and will continue to do so in the future.

The reason why the bar isn't open in the week is because their is only 2 of us running the whole site, the 3 holiday cottages and the bar.
That is why the bar is only open on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and bank holiday Sunday.
