  • Family-run touring and camping park on a working arable farm
  • Just over a mile from Anderby Creek beach; Skegness 20 minutes
  • Well-stocked fishing lake on site (charges apply)
Stroll along the sand, explore the Lincolnshire countryside or spend your time fishing in the well-stocked lake at Manor Farm Caravan Park, a family-run touring and camping park that's been operating in this pretty corner of the English countryside since 1998. With spacious, level and individually marked pitches, this site, which is part of a larger arable farm, prides itself on its peaceful atmosphere and excellent facilities, including a well-stocked fishing lake (charges apply) and a spotless modern amenities block that's kept heated for your comfort. The park is about a mile from the coastal village of Anderby, home to gorgeous Anderby Creek beach, where there are sand dunes and a café to visit. The site also has immediate access to the Lincolnshire Coast Country Park, while the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty starts a quarter of an hour's drive inland to the west. Pubs and local shops can be found in the string of villages that runs along this part of the Lincolnshire coast, but for bigger stores and supermarkets, your best bet is to head towards the larger seaside towns of Mablethorpe (15 minutes) or Skegness (20 minutes).

Electric hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Kind friendly helpful owners Felt safe (2women with their dogs) and confident to teturn as a solo female camper Pitch was good size - ehu and water close by - clean and tidy (albeit wet - not camp owners fault - but hardstanding good surface for this) Friendly residents on seasonal pitches - well behaved Clean warm bathrooms and toilets Near beach - good dog walking area (when not so wet) Love Anderby itself and cant wait to return

Disliked: Nothing not to like - maybe a bit far from any shops but thats part of its charm so just go well stockec up!

Liked: Another great stay at manor farm, owners greeted us on arrival, great people, took us to our pitch. Site was tidy despite all wet weather over winter.shower block spotless and warm. Tried the chips from visiting chip van, was freshly cooked and very tasty, reasonable priced too. Nice 15 minutes walk to beach, massive beach to explore, dog friendly too.called in at the bar / restaurant on way back to campsite. Went to donkey sanctuary, via footpaths, 45 minutes walk, you can feed them carrots ,£1 per bucket.helps pay for there up keep. Fished the lake, caught big and small fish.chapel st Leonard's 3 miles away.for arcades ect we walked it via road didn't take to long. Would return again ,great site.

Liked: Friendly reception on arrival. Large hardstanding level pitches which we liked due to excessive rain for several weeks before our stay. Facilities block really good with hot water. Separate full bathroom if you needed it and also separate large disabled room.

Local attractions

To start off, walk down to the beach (25 minutes) and then up the coast along the sand dunes to Moggs Eye, or drive a little further to the north for a round of golf at Sandilands Golf Course (five minutes' drive), a well-maintained links with stunning sea views. Also along the coast, you might like to visit the fascinating North Sea Observatory (five minutes' drive, or an hour on foot), a striking building with exhibits about the area's natural history. If animals are your thing, you'll find plenty to keep you busy in the surrounding area, from visiting the retired and rescued beasts of burden at Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary (five minutes) to the family-friendly park at Hardy's Animal Farm (15 minutes) or The Seal Sanctuary Wildlife Centre (20 minutes). Head a little bit further afield to Donna Nook (40 minutes) and, at certain times of year, you're in with a good chance of seeing seals in the wild as well. For classic bucket and spade days, make sure to visit Skegness (20 minutes) – after a little time on the beach, you can take strolls along the pier, check out the town's historic clock tower, see what's swimming at the aquarium or head just to the north and to Ingoldmells (15 minutes from base) to explore the kid-pleasing attractions at Fantasy Island theme park.
