Liked: Maggie’s Field was a wonderful site. Perfect for getting away from it all! The campfire and being able to cook our meals over it was the highlight of our trip. The smell of roast lamb cooking over the fire was amazing! Maggie herself is a wonderful host, helpful and non intrusive but always on hand to stock up the log supply! Big thank you Maggie, love Vicky and Robin.

Liked: Peaceful, safe site with stunning dawn chorus, wildlife and access to lovely walks. It was great having the whole site to meet with family. The kids loved the swing. Cook hut and outside table was very useful.
Disliked: A pot wash near the cook hut would be welcome.

Liked: Beautiful site. Children free to explore and make as much noise as they like! Maggie is a lovely host and has put a lot of care and attention into the facilities. Everything was clean and tidy and there were many thoughtful extras. The tree swing and campfire area were the biggest hit! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
Disliked: Nothing
