Liked: Easy walking distance to Hereford. We had a really easy check in. Staff were super helpful and gave us a handout of details for the onsite cafe and the lady that met us was great, she gave us a quick tour and off we went. The cafe does a breakfast buffet if you don’t want to cook. The facilities were very clean and showers powerful and hot!
We wandered off into the city and asked a few locals where was good to go, everyone we met was lovely and gave us some great suggestions for dog friendly drinks and food.
De Koffie pot has open fire pits and a small menu with a great atmosphere and plenty of vegan/gluten friendly food.
We had a Sunday dinner at the Imperial Inn which was outstanding and dog friendly inside.
For less than £20 I really was delighted and will definitely be staying again when back in Hereford. Thanks!
Disliked: Not a lot to dislike, but bring a torch if you’re not well set up for loo breaks or washing facilities late on as it’s a small walk to the club toilets. This was not a dislike just thought it worth a mention.

Liked: Location, space, calm/quiet, informality, pleasant staff, cleanliness, price, shower pressure and volume of hot water, clean toilets, easy access to riverside walks, nearness to centre/cathedral etc.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the site, but I have a bad knee and it was hardwork getting up and down the steps to the showers/toilets!
Only thing I would have liked - drive over motorhome grey wast disposal point.

Liked: Friendly welcome, large level pitch. I didn’t use the showers but toilets were clean. Next to river for dog walks and short stroll into the centre for pubs, restaurants and shops. O2 mobile reception was good. No EH but water and Chemical Toilet empty available.

Liked: We were due to come down from Scotland but our turbo went on our van in the lake district. Hence we never made the trip but the rowing club very kindly moved our dates for us .... much appreciated during these tough times thank you

Liked: Very relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff at the Rowing Club. Nice flat riverside pitches. Lovely walks along the river Wye. A few minutes walk into town centre.
Disliked: Could do with a dedicated grey water point for the many camper vans there.
