Liked Lovely place ,excellent location on the river. Colin was a friendly and helpful host would visit again .
Disliked Only small gripe ,a bit isolated , nice 30min walk along river to pub but check opening times was closed when we got there.

Liked This is a wonderful secluded site within a short drive to the Forest of Dean. Colin was an excellent host - thanks.
Beds were comfy, tent was clean and well stocked. Nice isolated walks along the river and waking up to birdsong along the Severn a particular highlight.

It was great to be off grid and relax.

What a wonderful little holiday spot

Liked The tent was spotless, with loads of space and comfortable beds - there were even cushioned beds available for our dog! It was also well equipped with all of the utensils and amenities we needed to cook food, etc. Colin was really helpful with suggestions/recommendations and checking with us to make sure everything was comfortable. The campsite itself is quiet, secluded and peaceful, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean, well kept and well stocked. There were also a few outdoor games available to make use of which suited our son very well. This is one of my favourite campsites we’ve been to / sufficed to say, we shall return!

Nice big tent with comfortable beds
Gas stove, bbq, firepit, picnic table, chairs all there so we literally didn’t need any of our camping gear
Nice individual toilets and showers, great water pressure, forgot we were camping!

Liked The bell tents are like a tardis. Inside is most things you would need to camp. Coffee tea and biscuits were a nice touch. It was so peaceful and beautiful

Amazing adventure

Liked Love it here, everything you need and more. A 1 night stay felt like a week. Beds super comfy! Fav was making Smores on the fire pit with my kids, and hiring bikes to do the Colliers Trail, with a stop at Mallards Pike for lunch.
Disliked Only 1 toilet as other one has no lock.
