What customers say
This small, friendly site behind The Devonshire Arms pub offers a welcoming atmosphere, with staff described as exceptionally helpful and kind. Visitors praise the excellent, home-cooked food and the well-stocked honesty shop. Facilities, including 24/7 toilets and showers, are generally clean and adequate. Nice wee site in a pub…
Non-electric hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Nice wee site in a pub garden. Pitch was large and flat. Unfortunately the toilet block (run down old static home) was I let down. Pub seemed nice and busy, sadly over the course of the afternoon/evening I got charged three different amounts for the same two drinks. The most annoying thing was the quality of the pizza, got to be ranked as one of the worst we have had. Just can't get my head round the fact that they have obviously spent lots on a very good looking pizza trailer, and serve a spectacular poor product. On a positive note the outdoor site shop did stock a huge amount of goods. Fingers crossed this is not the norm and it's only our middle of the road review. 😳

Really lovely little site in a rural location
Non-electric hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Lovely to have the space to ourselves. Fantastic facilities: the shop and caravan for the loo. Great offer of drinks and snacks if we wanted them. Lots of bird song and close to lovely walks. Handy having drinks on the doorstep at the pub.
Disliked Little bit noisy due to the road, but not a big deal if you're a good sleeper or wear ear plugs.
