From the manager: From the manager… Thanks so much, Jason! We're thrilled to hear your family had a great time — marshmallows, fire pits, and the great outdoors are exactly the kind of memories we love to help create. Our little dog will be chuffed to know he made a new friend too 🐾. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we can't wait to welcome you back to Nature’s Rest Farm soon.
Warm wishes, Dean and Naz

Non-electric grass motorhome or tent pitch
Liked We needed somewhere near to Lutton airport to stay for the night and here was ideal.
It was a lovely peaceful site with basic facilities. (Eco toilet with handwashing)
The two guys at check in were very friendly and helpful and their little dog was really cute! The kids thought it was hilarious when he jumped in our car 😂
The pitch was fairly flat. The campsite was very peaceful and quiet. An ideal location to just get away from it all and relax.
If we ever need to stay in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to return here.
Disliked The "driveway" to the campsite.
It is very uneven (almost vertical in parts) and the car was scraping along the floor in places.

From the manager: From the manager… Thank you so much, Karen — we’re really glad Nature’s Rest Farm was a peaceful and convenient stop for your family near Luton. It’s lovely to hear you enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the eco-friendly setup, and our friendly welcome (our little dog clearly enjoyed meeting you too — he’s got a knack for making himself at home!).
We really appreciate your feedback about the driveway. You’re absolutely right — it’s something we’re actively working to improve. We’re currently pursuing planning permission for a new entrance that will be smoother and safer for all vehicles.
Thanks again for your kind words and helpful comments. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime.
Warm regards, Dean and Naz
Peaceful and quiet but otherwise take ypur own camping toilet.
Non-electric grass motorhome or tent pitch
Liked The site was very peaceful enjoyed watching the birds of prey while relaxing.
Disliked The toilet facilities are terrible it says porta loos but they are not. Essentially they are cubicles with shower curtains pulled across. The actual toilets are camping toilets for caravans you can only do a number one in then the other toilet is a chair with toilet seats and a bag of compost hanging from. No running water so handfasting is done using a bottle of water over a sink.
Then road outside is dangerous to walk along if you have children.

From the manager: We’re sorry the toilet facilities didn’t meet your expectations. As an eco-conscious site, we’ve chosen composting and caravan-style toilets to reduce environmental impact, but we understand they’re not ideal for everyone. We’re working on clearer descriptions in our listings and exploring ways to improve the setup while staying true to our sustainability goals.
Your comment about the road is also appreciated — we’re actively pursuing planning permission for a safer, dedicated entrance to make access easier and more family-friendly.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. It helps us grow and refine the site for future guests.
Warm regards, Dean and Naz

Liked This campsite is eco friendly, the two guys running, it were so helpful and friendly. Basic campsite only been open 2 weeks and has glamping tents all set up, if you don’t want to put a tent up. We went for a festival nearby, will book again for next year definitely.

Disliked Grass needed to be cut for the younger children to run around.

From the manager: From the manager… Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re delighted to hear your children enjoyed their first camping experience with us! It’s lovely to know the quiet atmosphere and little shop came in handy, especially for those forgotten bits (we’ve all been there!).
We appreciate your feedback about the grass — it’s something we’ll keep a closer eye on, especially during peak season when little legs need space to roam freely. Thanks again for choosing Nature’s Rest Farm, and we’d love to welcome you back for more outdoor adventures.
Warm regards, Dean and Naz
