General

  • Pop-up family-friendly site on the banks of the River Great Ouse
  • A five-minute drive from Harold Odell Country Park
  • Gentle festival atmosphere with café, workshops and family activities

Wild Canvas Camping is a pop-up site at Coppey Moor Cottage, with pitches within the smart grounds of Turvey House Estate.

It’s not quite a festival going on here, but it has the vibe of one… on long summer days guests will gather on the banks of the River Great Ouse take their pick from a menu of free and paid activities aimed at both kids and grownups. Among the offerings will be outdoor yoga, morning tai chi sessions, craft workshops, talks and other activities.

Barbecues and campfires (in raised firepits only) are permitted if you’d like to have a go at alfresco cooking (with a farm shop also handily set up here to provide the supplies for such things). Also on site are a pop-up café serving meals, and a cool bar at the Wild HQ, where you can sip local ales and ciders while a rotating roster of DJs sort the tunes (it all winds down by 9pm, so no worries about being kept up by late-night frolics).

Drinking water, compost toilets and hot showers are all available on site, and gadgets can be charged in the barn.
