I did not receive a confirmation email after I booked - what should I do?


If you are not sure whether you have made a booking, please check your bank statement. There you will find the booking ID, an 8-character reference e.g. A8H7TUY6, if the booking has gone through.

Your booking ID will also feature on the booking summary text sent to you at time of booking, if you opted to receive one.

If you provided a password when you booked or have signed up with us, your booking confirmation will be available in your Pitchup.com account.

If you don't receive an email right away, please check your spam/junk folder and mark the email "not spam".

Please also make sure to check any other email accounts you may have as a different email address may have been used to make the booking.
