How do I cancel or amend my booking?
Please consider postponing, rather than cancelling, your holiday. Most sites are under serious financial strain at present and are offering special arrangements to postpone bookings. Contact the campsite or holiday park direct using the details in your booking confirmation, or in your Pitchup account, for more information.
If you definitely want to cancel (rather than amend/postpone) your booking, please log in to your Pitchup account and click 'Cancel this booking'. If you don't have a Pitchup account yet, sign up here. Many sites are incredibly busy at the moment, and cancelling online will speed up your request.
To make amendments, contact the campsite or holiday park direct using the details in your booking confirmation. Normally the park may levy a charge for amendments, and you may have to pay all or part of your balance payment, but many sites have special arrangements during the Coronavirus period.

During the Coronavirus pandemic we are offering to credit deposits against future bookings. Read more. Please note that your deposit is normally non-refundable. In the event of death or serious illness of anyone in your booking party or their immediate family members, refunds of deposits may be granted (at Pitchup.com's discretion). Refunds can only be issued on presentation of supporting evidence. Pitchup.com defines 'immediate family' as spouse/registered partner, co-habiting partner, children, parents, parents-in-law, siblings, siblings-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law.
