How do I cancel or amend my booking?


To make amendments or cancel your booking, contact the campsite or holiday park direct using the details in your booking confirmation. The park may levy a charge for amendments, and you may have to pay all or part of your balance payment.

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. In the event of death or serious illness of anyone in your booking party or their immediate family members, refunds of deposits may be granted (at Pitchup.com's discretion). Refunds can only be issued on presentation of supporting evidence. Pitchup.com defines 'immediate family' as spouse/registered partner, co-habiting partner, children, parents, parents-in-law, siblings, siblings-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law.
