Liked A small quiet site with lovely pitches surrounded by trees. Very clean loos and showers. Very tranquil. We didn't use bar or golf as we were going wild swiming so I can't really comment on customer service apart from chatting with the owner who was very friendly. We loved it and will be back to check out the walks.

Disliked Didn't bother us but in this day and age people like Internet and its a very limited signal here dipping in and out

Liked Lots of space and quiet even though there was a mixed aged group on site. We love the coffee barn anyway food and service is always excellent. Lots of walks and cycle routes and the grandchildren love the animals.

Disliked The composting toilets can get smelly especially when the site is busy and the den/play area is getting a bit sad.

Liked Lilling Hall Farm is a small, friendly site perfect for getting away from it all without being too far from attractions, pubs and towns if that's what you want. We spent two nights there with friends. Lynne was a lovely host coffee and biscuits on arrival and a wealth of knowledge. There is a loo/shower room that was very clean and a cold water sink in the field. The site is level and has trees for shelter, with lovely views and horses in their paddocks. We visited Kirkham Priory had a pint in the Stone Trough Inn and on Sunday a visit to an artisan fair at Sherrif Hutton. We will definitely be returning
