Disliked Things on the site not fixed such as fence posts, fences, play area. Just not repaired when broken One of the hotubs broke No Cork screw Hot inside No wifi

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us we welcome all feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to welcome you back in the future. We only recently took management of the park, due to school holidays and being busy we have not had the opportunity to tend to the grounds as we would like. We will being doing the repairs to fences, general grounds and the playground over this quieter period. Thank you for drawing our attention to the cork screw and the lodge being hot, we will order some cork screws and fans and make sure the lodges are equipped with. It was unfortunate that the hot tub broke during your stay this was put to repair immediately. We do not advertise or charge for WIFI as it is not available. Thank you again

Liked Friendly staff, clean toilets and bathrooms, good location for walking, fires available to hire, quiet location by the river, staff working overly hard to make stay enjoyable

Disliked Not enough showers or places to wash up, charged to hire wood-not allowed to collect from opposite field, no ruling on how close tents could be to each other and a large family ended up pitching less than 1m away. Quite a walk to toilet from camping field. Very saturated ground. Trying to make the toilets too nice needs to be more commercialised.
