Liked This campsite is lovely! So peaceful, friendly and helpful staff and the facilities were so clean. Great toilet and shower facilities, clean and well checked regularly. It’s such a big site, we enjoyed a good walk round with the dog of an evening and she enjoyed the new smells…and chasing the poor rabbits! Great location if you want to explore Windermere or kendle. We went to Ambleside too and enjoyed that. You would need a car to get around though, it isn’t really in walking distance to anything.

Disliked Every thing was done well and we had everything we needed! We are not camping and Caravanning members so it was quite expensive.
