Liked Friendly staff. Good size pitches. Quiet location.

Disliked Tumble dryer wasn’t working but understand can’t always be helped. Gutted pizza van cancelled as it was BH. Think for size of land and how many people fit on it needs a bigger kids play area as 2 swings and a slide isn’t enough when there’s a full house but otherwise a fantastic stay even in the pouring rain

Liked Would never rebook

Disliked Understand there is a policy in place but after being given the run around between pitch up and Kessingland to both advise they wouldn’t be refunding my money is disgusting over a genuine mistake. Do ParkDean really need £130 of my money? Does goodwill gestures still exist? I will never book anything ParkDean related since they seemingly don’t care about its customers or potentials
