Liked Beautiful view peaceful flat pitches near railway station, On the Medway Valley Walk, and Greensand Way so good walking, launching pontoon for water sports offering a flat peaceful river with little boat traffic good for beginners, camp fires allowed, logs for sale. Disliked No adequate washing facilities showers, difficult access and entry using combination lock, hard to see at night, pitches expensive compared to other sites, for what is on offer, but ok for a one or two night stay, no hot water in washroom, very dimly lit no hand drying in toilet

Liked Large site lots of flat pitches some shady spots too, showers toilets clean and functional Fires allowed, bar on site children's play area, quite noisy in school holidays, reasonable site fees
