Liked Clean toilets & showers ( lovely, friendly cleaner) Washing area kept clean & had nice hot water.

Disliked Pitching on a slope, wasn't many flat pitches. No one available for over an hour one morning when a friends electric wasn't working. No apology from the rude man that came to sort it either.
