Liked We really liked the girl on the reception lilal as she was so welcoming and tried hard to communicate with us as we were not French speaking. The location for us was also good as we visited St. Omer

Indeed, we always do our best to adapt and make the most of the resources available to us, in order to ensure that our guests feel comfortable and welcome during their stay. It is true that our team mainly speaks French, with some English to make communication easier. However, next year we will make sure to also provide information in Italian and German to make our guests’ stays even more convenient.
