Well Stocked Shop, Helpful and Friendly Staff. 5 Min walk to the Pubs for a Beer and a Hearty Meal. Location, Plenty of suitable walking areas on Foot. Only 15 Minute Drive from NT Car Park for access to Wastwater, Ritsons Force, Scafell Pike and Scafell. A Hikers Ideal Location. This is now one of my 3 Campsite Bases for the Lakes. Disliked Outdoor Power points at the Shop Dont work. I needed them to conduct Business with my Laptop and Phone.
