Liked Staff was lovely and very helpful a very nice site toilets was lovely and clean dog walk off site was very good , but stop outside very good pitches was large , I had a booking problem and the lady in the office sorted it out for me couldn’t thank her enough would definitely be back when were in that area again for our holiday .

Disliked I would have liked to have had a key code our something of that nature on the entrance to the ladies toilets didn’t feel comfortable going to the toilet when it was dark ,felt that anyone on or off site could have walked in can’t trust anyone at face value not a complaint just a observation.

From the manager: Thanks for your lovely feedback, pleasure having you with us at Perran Quay We used to have a key code on the main shower blocks; it was very costly and was damaged several times beyond repair. Because of the high cost, we decided not to replace it. We have a family bathroom which is private and can be locked on entry We also have a disabled shower room, which again is private and can be locked. Both can be found near the Laundry room. On arrival, you are given a welcome pack, and on the back is a map showing where everything is located. If you visit again, you are very welcome to use these areas.

Liked So relaxed on this site kept lovely nice little walk around the lake with dogs and everyone is very friendly our second visit and will be returning added bonus pub at end of lane

Liked Good size pitches nice and quiet cafe on site fantastic.

Disliked Limited showers , electric showers need upgrading not very powerful , they have got mops to clean floor but need a drying mop to dry floors when wet there very slippery but they are a very good size .

Liked Absolutely lovely site toilet block lovely and clean handy to have a pub food was lovely ,can’t remember his name that checked us in but an absolutely lovely man so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you will definitely be back .

Disliked Just could do with shower a bit bigger was a bit tight
