Liked Calm site, plenty of space, adequate facilities

Disliked Adjacent busy main road, noisy 24 hours a day. Very few flat areas in the field

Liked Generally quiet setting, very quiet camp site

Disliked Tired and sad; nobody on site to meet or attend to obvious deficiencies in the facilities. Site not secure, rubbish bins not emptied, toilets and showers not cleaned. No mirror in gents washroom, shower door sticking, important 'instructions' arrived by WhatsApp after we'd left. General aroma of horse in the area - obviously not something that the owners can do anything about.

Liked It's a great site, well laid out and cared for. Facilities are clean, owners are attentive

Disliked Beyond the owners control, but the site has a blood/fox hound kennels adjacent and the noise throughout the night is impossible to sleep through. Loads of dogs howling and barking at full volume. Can't go back sadly unless we get a sound proof van!!
