From the manager: Thank you for your review Karen. We are pleased you liked the site and us. We accept that we have to take the rough with the smooth but we must admit we are at a loss as to why you have marked the review down because of difficulty at an exit back to the M25. The shotguns are clay pigeon shooting which is no where near the park and only happens once in a while. Can we please ask our customers again, when writing us a review, can they please only leave comments about the service they received and opinions of the park. These things are totally out of our control. Every time a customer marks us down for something like this, our average percentages drop and it takes an awful lot of 10/10's to get back where we were. We can't control the M25, planes flying over, the nearby road or the weather. We ask again, please do research before booking. The Oak View Team. 😊
