Disliked The park was not private, anyone could drive through it since the gate was not closed. It felt like we had stopped on a lay-by. There was no water in the toilets, and the reception area was empty. I did not know where to find someone if we needed assistance. My husband took the dogs for a walk, and the owner's dogs ran up to ours and began nipping at them, which was unacceptable—especially since there were signs everywhere stating that all dogs must be on a lead. I was very unhappy with our stay, it was expensive, especially considering there was no electricity, water, or functioning toilets. I do not recommend this place.

From the manager: Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you were unhappy with your stay, however it clearly states in the terms and conditions on Pitchup that during the winter they may be no facilities due to freezing water pipes. Unfortunately we are an off grid, non electric site which is also clearly stated on Pitchup. I have contacted Pitchup and asked for a notice to be displayed more prominently to make sure customers see this information during the winter months. I will pass on your comments about the dog, to the owner.
