Liked Lovely and flat for tent. We came on a wkend in June where there was only 2 other campers. Facilites were great in that the toilets and areas were very clean and modern.

Disliked Nothing really. Might be nice extra to have firepits and logs for hire.

Liked This is a beautiful campsite. It is remote, back to nature, simple facilties and eco friendly. Despite the dodgy weather during our stay we managed to make the most of our experience. Shirley was available via mobile throughout and was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were so impressed with what was included with the hire of Alders Bell tent! Such excellent value for money and makes such a difference! Direct access to the site is inaccessable by vehicle as it is down a hill and there is parking on top of hill. The campsite owners are avaibale to help transport your heavy items up and down so not an issue. I actual liked this. There is plenty of pubs within 20mins to choose from and we found big tesco for stocking up 15-20 mins away in Carnforth. The location is great being near lancashire, north yorkshire and cumbria so lots of places to explore in all directions. We would love to come again.
